GUIDANCE COUNSELLORS help you with school and personal issues. The Guidance Counsellor for the school is Ms. (Melissa) Hurst

SECRETARY, Ms. Mahtab Enshaei, helps students to make appointments to see Counsellors, and helps students with day to day questions and paperwork.

SETTLEMENT WORKERS help students and families with registration and understanding school procedures.  Students can see settlement workers to get help in their first language. Kathy Feng  is in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays.  She speaks Cantonese & Mandarin.   Paula Veloso is in the office on Wednesdays.  Paula speaks Tagalog.   Noura Alkhafaji is an Arabic speaking settlement worker who is in the office on Friday.  Our settlement workers are employed through Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office (www.thorncliffe.org)

SOCIAL WORKER Iolanda Scarcello helps students who want to talk about personal or family issues.  She is in the office once a week.

SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST, Dr. Susannah Power, works with students to assess their learning and suggest programs and strategies to help.   Students need to be discussed at a “School Team” meeting to access this service.
